Timing chain, variable valve solenoids clogged with metal, cam and crank seniors covered in metal, oil pump scored from metal passage, cam phasers clogged with oil. The timing chain stretches or low oil pressure puts slack in chain. In either case the top camshaft guide gets chewed up and its plastic/metal. Makes everything fail because of metal shards.
