Why was I not allowed to purchse car today after being prequalified?

Was prepared to buy a car today on your website. i went through the
application process for financing; paying one half of purchase price down;
but when I contacted Just Auto in Knoxville, TN, they said I could not
purchase car through Westlake Financial.  The salesman I spoke with said
that he did not understand why CarGurus won't take that information off
website. I am so disappointed. i was prepared to make the purchase today.

Ask the dealer why they won't do business with Westlake. I have little doubt the dealer has other sources of financing.
