I am looking at buying a 2009 Mazda B4000 but it has a bad bed, Will it swap
out with a Ford Ranger or other Mazda's?  If so, what years would be
compatible?

Your gen truck runs from 1998 to 2012. There may be styling differences so stick as close to your year as possible.
