Premium. It may run on regular but not as well as on premium. You have a high pressure turbo engine so use the best fuel you can get. Check your owners manual for more information.

Quoted directly from Lincoln. I would run regular unleaded unless you are towing something. "Designed to run on regular fuel with an octane rating of 87 or higher. For best overall performance, premium fuel with an octane rating of 91 or higher is recommended"
