I have 2010 camaro ss automatic. The exhaust sounds quiet and weak. What is the difference between the exhaust on an automatic, and a manual?
I would think they are the same. The cars with a manual trans might sound louder due to higher RPM's. Put some Flowmaster or Magna flow mufflers on if you want some grunt.
In an automatic Camaro the rev limited stops your revs at 3,000 rpms. Which is not in the manual. Also in a manual you can ride your clutch which makes your exhaust louder(but destroys your clutch). I would suggest a muffler delete or a magnaflow if you want some wow factor to your exhaust note. Both go very well with newer model camaros
