My a/c and heater is not blowing anything it stoped working one day in my 2009 nissan sentra. Is it the blower motor, if so where is it located?
I have a 2009 nissan sentra, one day my
ac/heater stopped working. When I turn it
on Max, I hear a change in the car but
nothing blows. When I get on the freeway if
I have it on cold it will be a cooler feeling in
the car, when I turn it on hot, it will warm
up, but I was told that's just the engine that
does that. I had my fuse checked it wasn't
that. Need help don't want to pay hundreds
of dollars, I was already quoted 800 and he
didn't even check what was wrong.
Best place to figure out location of blower motor is on UTUBE. Enter in your info (car) and part (blower motor location). You should get plenty of vid's to watch. Could be the blower motor or resistor if the fuse checked out okay. Could be in the control switch on your dash too (meaning the knob/lever you're using to turn the blower on.) Depending on where the blower is located, it could be a bit spendy if other parts under the hood have to be removed to get to it.
the blower motor is located deep in the dash on these beauties, pays about 5 hours labor
