2009 f150 changed spark plugs with motorcraft plugs manufacturer gap used but wont turn over what steps do i take to figure whats wrong
I at 108,000 on my 2009 f150 and i changed the plugs with
motorcraft platinums didnt gap and i used dielectric grease on plugs
but not on coil pack boot and i checked all connectors and wires all
good so im in a pickle any ideas
If the engine does not turn it means it does not spin when you turn the key. If that is the case check the battery and starter.
You must apply anti anti-seize on the plug below the threads to make sure the carbon won't build up again. You must use dielectric grease on the booster of the coil packs. that will keep them from corrosion. I rented a tool for a broke off plug and it is too darn cold for the glue to cure. Stupid Ford sure you're sticking to your name. The engineering team should be removed from the team.
