What is the voltage on the battery? How old is it? Have it tested first before we tell you try something else. You can try a jump start as well.

Check voltage at solenoid switch must be above 12V check connection on terminals, if no voltage at solenoid terminal check neutral / park switch, if all good with car wheels of the the ground vehicle in park mode emergency brake on, ignition on, with jumper cable bypass the solenoid switch the starter motor should crank the engine, if no noise at all replace the starter motor

Hello the battery is good less than a year old. While looking at realized the horn is not working also. So now all lights are working and ignition switch dings but when turned to crank you hear no sound and the horn doesn't work either.
