Cannot turn Key.

Steering wheel locked with wheels at 11 o'clock position no amount of jingling will allow key to turn

On GMs, directly under the lock cylinder there's a plastic plug. It can be removed and a small screwdriver can be pushed up in there to release the lock cylinder. Is your battery dead or very low? Again, on GMs, that will cause the key to get stuck in the ignition. Perhaps your Dodge is the same way. HTH. -Jim

there is no such thing on dodge. turn the steering wheel as hard as you can in the direction the wheels are pointing and hold it there while you turn the key. should free it up.

still can't turn key I have tried turhng steering wheel i've tried jggling keys noyhing seems to help
