I have a 09 dodge Ram 1500. My heater stopped working, and now it only blows cold air. A friend of mine said it is probably the blend door actuator. How do I know for sure and how do I fix it?

Warm up the engine and feel the heater hoses going into the firewall - they should both be warm. You'll need some time and patience for this one - If I remember correctly, you'll have to go through the glove box.
