Immobilizer

Asked by Jun 18, 2016 at 05:34 PM about the 2009 MINI Cooper Base

Question type: General

My Mini Cooper won't start. When I insert
the key nothing in the dash lights up. I did
some research and many said the
immobilizer kicked in? How can I reset it
and if its not the immobilizer what can it
be?

if nothing works when you enter your vehicle start with your battery. Jump it and see if it starts.

I've tried doing that and I still get nothing
