Why CarGurus can not help on my sale

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

You indicate that you can not help me with this sale. One of the reasons stated
was that  you did not have access to my bank account. I did not see any
reference to providing banking info when setting up the listing. Do you need my
banking info. If so please indicate what you need and how to protect myself
against unauthorized withdrawals from my account.
