how do I unplug the air conditioner compressor until I can have it replaced

will have the air compressor fixed in a week how do I unplug it so I can drive it so the belt does not seize?

If it is just the compressor that is bad then just unplug it, see pic. But if it is the clutch assembly that is going out then you can't drive it safely as the clutch bearings could lock and burn through the belt.
