after installing a new regulator for my power windows on a 09 accord. The window only goes down in 1 second increments. Is there a way to calibrate the motor or is the new regulator bad

Get a digital voltmeter and a wiring guide and check that the regulator is getting a proper signal and voltage before swapping out parts.
