I have a 2009 Honda Accord which is using a lot of oil. There is also quite a bit of oil on the tailpipe of the car. Anyone else having issues like this.

Sounds like you need the valve stem seals replaced at a minimum, and possibly the valve heads and seats to be reground. Not an uncommon problem with a lot of cars especially depending on the mileage and how the car was maintained and driven.
