Jeep WJ Power steering problem

Lost the power steering in a 09 WJ.  Replaced pump with no results.  What else could it be?

Bad rack and pinon but first try adding some Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak it not only stops leaks but also helps corrects hard steering, squealing, in worn rack and pinion.
