How do I replace the passenger side power /heatedmirror on a 2009 Sportrac Limited?

I need to replace a damaged passenger side mirror (power/heated) on my 2009 Sportrac. How do I get at the bolts to remove and replace?

It looks like the inner door panel has to come off to get to the mirror bolts.
