My 2009 Dodge Charger will not start. My lights and interior lights work. I tried my spare key this morning and it started. Could it be my relay starter?

Try both keys again. If the main key doesn't start the car, but the other key will start the car every time, then the battery for your main key is dead. The anti theft system can't recognize the key if the battery in that key is dead because the key won't be able to give the module the correct signal
