Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My top doesn’t come down, but when the
windows come down the top doesn’t. However,
there’s a click when I press the button down a
second time. Anyone know how to bring it down
manually??? Is there a latchet I need to
unsecure???

From the sound of it, there may be a relay that's died. Be sure the "roll bars" are fully down, either by the switch on the dash or by hand. It could possibly be the luggage cover switch is broken or misaligned. Check for warning on dash I searched for a manual way to lower the top, but have yet to find a procedure. A good BOSCH shop or accommodating dealer should be able to diagnose fairly quickly. Good luck.

YouTube has demo on how to lower the top, you will need a flat head screwdriver to open the hydraulic valve in trunk (turn left) A 6mm Allen wrench to release the rear windshield latch inside the trunk and a 10 mm box end wrench to release the tonneau cover. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hwM8t7lhnZE
