09 Hyundai Accent starting issues

My wife has a 2009 Hyundai Accent (1.6l). I
had to replace the crankshaft position
sensor after some advice from this site.  It
had no problems until after we had the oil
changes just as the weather was cooling
down here.  
The shop also ran fuel injector cleaner
through, and SURPRISE! we started having
issues starting.
I replaced plugs (needed them anyway) then
found out that the battery was bad.
Replaced the battery, and ran Sea Foam
through.  It almost fixed the problem.  It
started, but not immediately as it did before.  
Now, when the temperature drops below 0, it
won't fire. I can hear the fuel pump building
pressure, and it cranks like new, but will not
fire.
We didn't have this issue last winter, so I'm
at a loss.

I think if it were mine I would run a compression test on it with that many miles. On a 4 cylinder this is very easy to do. Very cold temperatures and low compression would make an engine very hard to start. Certainly it could be something entirely different. Are any check engine lights illuminated on the instrument panel? Has the fuel filter recently been replaced? Is moisture the issue? Have you dumped a can of Heet into the fuel tank? Lots of variables here.

I did notice the gas cap light flashes when it's cranking. It is secure. Like I said, I dumped in a can of Sea Foam the other day, but not HEET. It hasn't been below 3/4 tank since the temps dropped

Heet will help to remove any moisture in the tank that could freeze during this very cold weather. If you are using ethanol fuel such as E10 or E15, it has some limited ability to handle moisture and take it out of the fuel system.
