Typically matches can be found within the same generation of car. Yours is a 2nd generation Focus, 2004 to 2011 should match. Places that sell used body panels, like Auto Dismantlers or Salvage Yards will be able to tell you if they have stock that will match, just give them your vehicle info and they will tell you if they have matching inventory in their yard. You can also buy new body panels from places like CertaFit, and sometimes their prices are nearly as low as the used stuff. Google "Auto dismantler" or "auto salvage" or "pick a part" (or "pull a part") with "near me" to get a list of part dealers near you and tell them what you need. If you do buy used, make sure the body part is 100% dent and rust free. Fixing rust and having to do body work on a used panel can erode any cost saving over buying new. No matter what though you will need to paint to match the rest of the car. Some body shops will also want you to paint the entire car, or an entire side, to ensure an even color, as it can be hard to precisely match an existing color especially on a car that has some sun fading. That's up to you, if you aren't particular about the color matching just paint the panel to match before installing it.
