esp malfunction light

Bought a 09 ford gia of a car dealer under finance and with in the first 2
months the dealer put in petrol instead of petrol and they aid it would be
grand problem 1 then the engine management light came on they fixed that
now esp light light came on is that serous and can we hand back the car
