why do i lose power when stuck and in 4x4

The ECM will kick the rev limiter in to keep from blowing it up.

Does your hummer have traction control? It will screw with you. Hold the button to by-pass 95% of trac control and or stabilitrac. Or they usually automaticly bypass in low.
