I have a Ford Escape 2009-when I enter the car the lights don't turn on. Any suggestions?

The lights inside the car do not turn on when you open the door. They usually do and then
gradually dim off.

You probably bumped the dome light selector switch. It's either on the dome light itself or on the dash. It should say ON-DOOR-OFF. It's a 3 position switch. Put it back on the door setting.

i did that but they still won/t come on in the door position

The switch will not go to the ON position of the ON-DOOR-OFF switch, it does go from DOOR-OFF
