I’m buying a premium car with higher mileage. I
would like to buy an extended warranty. Who do I
purchase this through? The dealer? What is the
best extended warranty for a Cadillac Escalade?

I would probably buy a warranty through the dealer. Check reviews on extended warranties as many are basically scams.
