I looked at that link Tom, and the OP doesn't say what year. But according to Edmunds it has speed-proportional electronic power steering on the 2009 aura XR. No pump no fluid. http://www.edmunds.com/saturn/aura/2009/sedan/st-101031366/features-specs/

Again according to Edmunds 2007 and 2008 have a pump on serpentine belt but went electric in 2009
