Malibu won't start

Asked by Apr 01, 2017 at 09:33 PM about the 2009 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car died driving down the highway. Cranks but will
not start. Poured a little gas in the Intake started
for a few seconds. Obviously a fuel issue. Any
ideas on what it may be?

Sounds like the fuel pump is bad, if you can start it up by putting a little gas in the intake and she fires up.

List of probs can be quite long. Guessing is more expensive than paying for a professional diagnosis.
