My 2009 Chevy Malibu will not start. Just replaced battery. Please help.

the other end of the black 1/0 cable (not the clamping side) is not making good connection...get a coarse wirebrush and get that area down to metal and the lug and bolt too...1/0 cable also connects to the motor (near the alternator) all must be capable of 300 cold-cranking- amps ---at least~ establish the good connection to chassis/ground and because you've got a NEW battery is half the battle~
