Who is the manager of service Department
I took my car in for a car wash Jan. 10 on a sat. some where from service to after the
car wash I got some damage on my hood I saw it when I was cleaning the glass I took
it back to the service dept. and Mike Jaramillo told me the car wash couldn't have
done the damage to the hood of my 2009 Chevy.Cobalt he keep telling me that talking
over me and wouldn't hear me say it might have happened before or after the car wash
I've been trying to get this fixed through a chat service but am not getting any
response from the service dept. or any body else.I don't like to bitch that's why I use
the email and chat service but my hood wasn't like that when I took it up there and I
expect you to pay to fix it back the way it was. I would apprecate it if you would rush
this on through I've been waiting long enough and have been nice as I can be about

Lonnie, don't punch Mike in the face, but go have a face to face meeting with Mike's boss and stand up to him or visit the General Manager or owner.

This sounds like an ignition switch problem to me. Have you had your recalls looked after? I'd start there.
