Have you checked the fuel pressure?Sounds like a fuel issue to me,

What codes were present when you scanned it? You scanned it first before you started throwing parts at it, right?

Having the same kind of problems. Car hesitates when accelerating and acts like it wants to stall. Now it chugs when at idle. I thuoght it needed a tune up but the problem is still there.

Did you have it scanned for trouble codes before doing the tuneup?
