09 cobalt. What kind of hose is this ?

It's a very small hose. I have it held together
by electrical tape. I need to replace it as my
mpg dropped badly and the car runs terrible

I couldn't do it from the app. Here is a picture. I circled the hose.

Looks like a crankcase breather/vent hose

If the PCV valve hose leaks your car will run terrible. Replace it immediately!

Where is the PCV located ?
