Flashing cruise light, engine light on and dynamic control light on and
constant, what possible issues could be wrong

Many things, since the CEL is on, scan for the codes. Why guess? Drive over to a local auto parts store and ask nice, they should do it for free. Post the 4 digit codes back here and we go from there.
