when i turn engine on and then try to stop it doesnot stop , it keeps running with key at stop position

I unplugged it completely but it did not work.

My 2016 engine light is on. Hyundai sys its a cam shaft actuator. What the heck is that? My part came in yesterday will followup later.

Hyundai told me if the engine light blinks shut it down and tow it in.
