Seat Belts locked up

I have a 2008 mazda 6 that was in a front end impact 2 weeks ago. Both airbags deployed
and both front seat belts locked up. I have replaced the airbags, and one of the seat belts.
However it is still locked up. How do I get them unlocked?

Seems you might have to replace the other seat belt according to this article....http://articles.courant.com/2010-06-02/news/hc-cl- macpherson0602_1_air-bag-seatbelt-crash
