Kia Rondo fan resistor switch

I want to bypass resistor and make it manual control fan

Don’t bypass the system, your just asking for a blown engine. You can hook up jumper switch, diode and fan relay to make the fan turn on when you want it too but leave the automatic system alone just in case you forget to turn on the fan manually.
