We replaced battery in 2009 Toyota Camry LXE and now it will not start at all. The car has push button start and we cannot even get any lights to go on and the brake seems like it will not push in at all like it should to allow the car to start with the push button. We were not having any issues with it before the battery died. Anyone have any ideas on what this might be?
Check your battery cable connections.
In some of the newer cars, when you replace the battery, it will trigger the auto theft. If you have this feature, consult your owners manual. You may have to take it to the dealer and have the system reset. Do you have anti- theft?
