I have a 2009 camry and I am getting warm air on the driver side after starting the car why?

The air in the ducts has warmed up while the car was sitting, does the air cool down after you get moving? If not there is a air flow actuator that operates a door in the duct system that controls the air temp. It would be an electrical component that does go bad.

Where is the electrical component located

The part is under the dash, on the duct work.
