What is the largest size tire/chrome wheels I can mount on my Colorado?

Asked by Apr 05, 2015 at 08:25 PM about the 2008 Chevrolet Colorado LT1 Crew Cab

Question type: Car Customization

I want to mount larger tires on my truck as long as it won't require too much, if any,
customizing. It presently has 225/15s.

Check with Discount Tire Co. they're very good with plus sizes & have formulas & charts. Micky Thomson 36"-38" tall might have wheel well clearence problems unless lifted & or modified. Rim .dia. is your choice stock GM optional sizes are 17-20's. I would use slightly bigger than 225's on the small 15" rims. 235 or 255 & ask Discount Tire for info & or check them online direct.
