the lock position when in park how would get it out?

You can't. You need a professional to get it fixed, might try a locksmith first before you head to the dealership.

    After I remove key and open door I get a beeping noise. This doesnt stop until I put key back in and wiggle it around. I open and close door until i no longer hear beep
