whenever i make a turn or pass a bump to speed down,or in a traffic light, it starts to
happend about 20 minutes after i start the engine, its really anoying cuz one time i didnt
notice, and the brakes didn´t respond and i almost collide with a van..help!

Sounds like possibly dirty/faulty idle air control valve or dirty throttle plate.
