looking to find out what type of exhaust would be best for my 08 F150 SYX supercab, it has a 4.6l V8. I would like to have a throaty sound, cat back dual. Will an air intake affect exhaust tone?

flo master seems to be the most common response, and a 2 1/2" pipe, will my exhaust tone be affected or improved with a k&n air filter or cold air intake>

the cold air induction will have no effect on your exhaust tone,but you will get about 5% more HP out of it,and you will probley here the air comeing throught the cold air kit,kind of cool.
