2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 166K miles

Hi.  I am considering purchasing a 2008 V8 Grand Cherokee with 166K miles
from a dealer.  It looks great but does it last?  Sure the gas mileage isn't the
best but it has 4 wheel drive (I think). They have done their "check" on it and
state that it is in good condition. It is only $9,995.00.  Does anyone have any
ideas as to whether or not I should take the leap?  (I would be leaving a dog of
a car - 2010 Nissan Versa with 80K but still works just fine without any repair
needs).

160K is when my Jeep started having problems, transmission sensors, valve guide seals, small oil leaks started showing up, rear differential started to howl just slightly. I would find something else or just stick with what you have, as you stated, there is nothing wrong with it right now.

If you always wanted a jeep.that is the model to buy.I have sold many and they are a solid vechicle.v6 engine great.V8 absolute gas guzzler(not to buy)
