2008 dodge charger

Asked by Jun 16, 2017 at 04:18 PM about the 2008 Dodge Charger SXT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 08' dodge charger and it doesn't even
want to crank, the first problem was it was starting
to overheat do to the cracked thermostat I got that
fixed,  then days after the car started having
trouble turning on... the finally to the last day it
doesn't even get a crank in. My headlights turn on,
the inside lights turn on, but radio doesn't even turn
on. What could be wrong?

Could be something as simple as a relay or fuse, have a look at those. If that checks out do a load test on the battery. Sometimes the battery has just enough juice for basic things but not enough CCA to start vehicle.

Thanks, we've checked the battery and the fuses they seem to both be okay, when he have the key turned there's only the door sign and a red light showing.
