and light stopped blinking,it came bck on about 30 min
later I reset the oil light by turning off ignition and turning it
back forward and pressing the gas pedal three times .the

car off for a min then when I start it up it flickers once then
goes off .any ideas ???

I would check for loose or broken wire on oil sending unit or oil sensor on engine block could be intermittent contact from engine vibration. Easy things first but don't overfill oil
