How to remote the intermediate steering shaft on my 08 dodge charger to pull the starter out

Trying to pull the starter out but the steering shaft
in the way how do I pull it out

U have to take that bolt off of the steering wheel shaft and pus it of so they can separate and the u can pull it out back words
