I replaced the starter relay on my 2008 dodge charger but it still won't start. Won't go into gear and radio will not come on. Need answers please.

are any of the lights on the dash coming on?? do you have a second key to try ...it almost sounds like the WIN (Wireless ignition node )module is not picking up the key
