My 2008 Charger wont start will not even crank what could be the problem?

all the lights work outside and in the inside has brand new battery soo that cant be it.. the
radio or windows wont work.. So i really dont know what the problem is. Can some one
help me with this?

Starter? Ignition switch? Have you checked the fuses under the hood?

i have only checked the fuses, but they all seem good.. i took it back to the dealer and they said it was the key.. o.O
