Get a CarFax to see the history. Check the value with KBB.com and Edmunds.com

We just sold a 2014 Honda Accord LX with 40,000 miles for $13,500 in mint condition. $8,000 or less sounds more realistic. $13,000 is very over priced, no matter what book says it's not.
