Starting simple... did you try jump starting it? ... It could just be a weak battery. Does the interior lights fade or radio cut out when the key is turned to start position?

Yes...tried jumping...still nothing....no fade of the lights when I try to turn it on...

While turning the key to start. Have someone put a finger on the starter relay to see if they feel it clicking. I attached a picture of the fuse block found under the hood.

Yes...it's clicking

That means your ignition is working. The next step is to check to see if there is power at the starter. I am not sure if you can locate the starter or if you have a test light or way of testing to see if there is power down by the starter.

There is power to the starter...

At the main power wire or at the solenoid or s terminal?

I'm not sure...I'm gonna have to check in the morning cuz I'm away from the car now...I live in AZ so I will be back at it at 9am my time...will you be available for questions then?
