How to remove shift knob when there is no screws on the bottom

I'm really trying to take off the Dash cover skin of
dashboard to redo a poster dashboard interior
needs recovered how do you get dead skin off
dashboard

try put it in neutral and pull up on shift knob avoid hitting yourself when it releases
